🚚 1. Dispatch Cut-Off & Daily Timings
Orders finalized with GST billing prior to 3:00 PM (Mon – Sat) are delivered to your preferred transport company the same day. Any order confirmed after the 3:00 PM cut-off is dispatched on the following business morning.
📦 2. Road Transport & Express Courier Modes
- Commercial Road Transport (To-Pay): Heavy parts (brake boosters, radiator pipes, fan assemblies, air valves) are shipped through established carriers such as V-Trans, ARC, TCI Freight, VRL, or any local transporter operating near your transport nagar.
- Air / Express Courier: Critical lightweight spares (sensors, relay units, emergency valves) can be booked via express air courier upon buyer request.
📑 3. Consignment Tracking (LR / Bilty)
As soon as the goods are booked with the transport service, an image of the physical Lorry Receipt (LR) and E-Way bill is sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number, enabling your receiving department to track arrival schedules.
🛡️ 4. Delivery Inspection Guidelines
All items leave our facility with reinforced security taping. Buyers or transport agents are requested to inspect external seals prior to counter pickup. Any visible transit damage must be recorded on the transport delivery copy immediately.
